Wellness Day Retreat

Devon Ladies is delighted to invite you to a revitalising wellness retreat in collaboration with Eka Yoga and Peaches Yoga & Nutrition. 

Join us in November from 1pm to 4pm at the exclusive BLOCK Yoga studio in Royal William Yard, Plymouth for a mini-retreat designed to help you unwind and recharge.

This afternoon retreat promises a series of mindful activities to encourage you to slow down, reflect, and replenish. We will start with welcome refreshments and healthy snacks, setting the stage for a day of relaxation and personal growth.

The schedule for the afternoon includes:

1:00pm – 1:30pm: Enjoy refreshments and conversation prompts as we set the agenda for the day.

1:30pm – 2:00pm: Participate in a free writing workshop and intention-setting session aimed at helping you reconnect with your goals and aspirations.

2:00pm – 2:45pm: Experience a gentle yoga session with practical tips and techniques for maintaining a healthy body and mind.

2:45pm – 3:10pm: Engage in a guided relaxation session to soothe your nervous system and restore your body’s strength.

3:10pm – 3:40pm: Immerse yourself in a calming sound bowl session and enjoy a soothing massage offered by Jade for your head and feet during this (the massage is optional)

3:30pm – 4:00pm: Conclude the retreat with a women’s circle for reflection and check-outs, providing a space for final thoughts and connections.

This mini-retreat is designed with affordability in mind, making it accessible for as many people as possible to experience the benefits of a wellness getaway. 

The Royal William Yard offers plenty of parking, but please note this is a paid car park. 

Alternatively, Devils Point, a short walk away, offers free car parking for three hours (no return within two hours)
