Depending on the group's preferences and confidence levels, we might embark on a short coastal journey to explore the breathtaking surroundings of Firestone Bay and Stonehouse Marina. Glide through calm waters as you soak in the picturesque landscapes, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Don't worry about equipment—we've got you covered! We provide all the necessary gear, including wetsuits (during the summer months, you may prefer swimwear), safety equipment, boards, paddles, and more. Simply bring your enthusiasm and a spirit of adventure.

Here's a quick checklist of items to bring along:

• Shoes that can get wet (old trainers, wetsuit boots, or beach shoes)
• Towel
• Swimwear to wear under your clothes for easy changing
• Drink and snacks, if desired
• Any required medication, such as asthma pumps (we'll provide a waterproof bag for your essentials)
• Please note that while we don't have dedicated changing rooms, we have a designated area for changing if needed.

Parking won't be a hassle, as there's ample space near our location, though it's important to remember that it's pay and display.

Your guides will be ready to greet you ten minutes before the session's start time. If it's a busy day, kindly avoid arriving too early, as we may still be with another group.
