Sound Bath Session - Tavistock

An afternoon of guided meditation and a sound bath.

A Gong or Sound Bath is called a ‘bath’ because sound waves ‘wash’ over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. The harmonics will effortlessly lull your mind into a meditative state, while the vibrations revitalize your body and help to release tension.

Please bring a blanket and an eye pillow - anything to make yourself as comfortable as possible lying on the floor.

Please wear comfortable clothing - we won't be moving (well, maybe a tiny sitted stretch just to realign the body), so no athletic wear needed, but be mindful of anything that might dig into your body and distract you from the experience.
