Self Care, Self Worth Workshop

You will enjoy meditations to start and end the day as well as short ones throughout the day to enhance the work you do.

You will experience Deep Structure coaching to find your own answers and re-set yourself to move forward or change how you feel.

You will experience working with a crystal pendulum and how it can help you every day. You will also have a look at guidance cards and how they can be used to help you.

There will be a worksheet handed out on the day but I would suggest you bring a notebook as you may find you want to write more or make notes separately.

All I ask is for you to come with an open mind and to trust me and the process.

Tea/coffee, fruit tea etc will be provided - please bring your own lunch and/or anything particular to dietary requirements with you.

Venue: Falcon Business Centre, Eagle Road, Plympton, Plymouth PL7 5JY. only 2 minutes from the A38 Deep Lane junction.

From Ivybridge direction – turn right at top of slip road, go over the A38, straight on at lights (in the right hand lane)

From Plymouth direction – turn left at top of slip road and get into right lane

Then – straight on at the lights, right at the roundabout, first right into Eagle Road – Audi is on your right, Triumph/Harley Davidson is on your left. There is then a grey building on your left – Falcon House. Turn left around the building and then left up into the car park. Come to the front of the building where you will be met.

We will be on the first floor – there are stairs and lift.
